Are the tickets included in the package guaranteed?
Yes. For every booking, we reconfirm availability and the actual guarantees before confirmation. Ticket details, seating category and delivery method are communicated according to the event and the package selected.
Why does EVENTURIA® recommend a minimum 2-night stay?
We recommend a minimum of 2 nights/3 days — unlike a multi-day sports weekend, a concert date is fixed, and the stay covers the event day plus a safety margin for travel and accommodation. Tickets can be transferred, sometimes with a cost, sometimes without.
Can I choose a different area or ticket category?
Yes. Depending on availability, different areas and ticket categories can be offered.
Can I customize the package for a concert?
Yes. The hotel, ticket category, number of nights, transport, transfers and other services can be adapted depending on availability.
Are there discounts for children?
Children, in general, do not receive discounts. Exact conditions are checked for each concert.
When do I receive the tickets?
Depending on the organizer, tickets can be delivered up until the day of the event and can be e-Ticket/PDF, electronic tickets in an app, or, more rarely, physical tickets. EVENTURIA® manages and guarantees the delivery process — we take care of it, so you don't have to worry. We offer Non-Stop support.
Are VIP / Hospitality tickets available?
Yes. VIP/Hospitality options vary between concerts and can include different levels of access, services and amenities. Availability is limited and is checked on request.
