We work with suppliers and partners we select carefully. Before anything is confirmed, we check the actual availability of the services we recommend to you.

Clarity about what is included and confirmed

Your offer clearly states what the package includes, the accommodation option and ticket category you’ve chosen, as well as any additional services requested. You know what you’re booking before you confirm.

Alternatives and upgrades

Where availability allows, we can suggest alternative hotels, room or ticket categories, additional nights, flights, transfers or an upgraded level of experience.

Support before, during and after your journey

Our relationship doesn’t end when you pay. The EVENTURIA® team remains available for information and situations related to the services you’ve booked, from confirmation until you return from your journey.

We don’t make promises before we verify. What we confirm in your offer and booking is what we commit to delivering. For us, trust begins with knowing the difference between “it should be possible” and “it’s confirmed”.

EVENTURIA® Gift Voucher

You choose the value of the gift. We add an extra 5%.

Not sure yet which event you’d like to attend, or looking for an original gift for someone special? With an EVENTURIA® Gift Voucher, you don’t have to choose the experience in advance. You choose the value, and the person receiving it can later choose the experience they want to live.

EVENTURIA® adds an extra +5% bonus from us to the value of the Gift Voucher. So a €500 voucher from you becomes €525 to spend on the experience they choose.

EVENTURIA® bonus of 5% of the voucher's nominal value, for the recipient.
Valid for 12 months from purchase.
Non-nominative — usable by whoever holds it.
If the booking exceeds the voucher's available value, the difference is paid normally.
