Travel Club Free remains the foundation of our loyalty programme. You continue to earn the benefits included in the programme and can choose Explorer, Insider or Signature whenever the time feels right for you.

Loyalty Voucher
Alongside Travel Club, we occasionally offer Loyalty Vouchers — a one-off commercial benefit, for win-back campaigns, anniversaries or special moments. They are not Travel Club points and there is no conversion rate between them — they are simply one more reason to come back.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Usable at ActivTours® or EVENTURIA®, whichever brand issued it
- Used in full, once — no remaining balance, no cash redemption
- Can be transferred once, to someone close to you

Do I have to pay to be a Travel Club member?
No. You become a member automatically the moment you subscribe to the ActivTours® or EVENTURIA® newsletter — it's free.
Are Travel Club points and a Loyalty Voucher the same thing?
No. They are two separate benefits — Travel Club points accumulate continuously, while a Loyalty Voucher is a one-off commercial benefit, offered occasionally through campaigns. There is no conversion rate between them.
Can I use a Loyalty Voucher with both brands?
Yes, whichever brand originally issued it — ActivTours® or EVENTURIA®.
What happens if I cancel a booking where I used a Loyalty Voucher?
The voucher is not reactivated and cannot be recovered.
Can I see my Travel Club points balance online?
Not yet — but our team can tell you directly.

Travel Club is the loyalty programme of the ActivTours® × EVENTURIA® ecosystem. Travel Club Free benefits, points and Loyalty Voucher can be used across the ecosystem, subject to the programme conditions.
Paid Membership is dedicated to the chosen brand: contributions, accumulated value and EVENTURIA® Member Reward are used for EVENTURIA® experiences.
